Vermeil is sterling silver that has been gold plated. Our vermeil is plated with 14K gold. The difference between vermeil, and gold filled, is in the thickness of the gold and the base metal used. In vermeil, the base is sterling silver.

WHAT IS GOLD FILLED?
Gold filled jewelry is jewelry composed of a solid layer of gold mechanically bonded to a brass. The layer of gold on gold filled items is 5 to 10 times thicker than that produced by regular gold plating, and 15 to 25 times thicker than that produced by gold electroplate.

Very pretty- the rose gold filled is reall...

Very pretty- the rose gold filled is really filled, it looks 100% like my real rose gold ring that sits above it and it hasn't tarnished even though I haven't taken it off for a week now.

This ring is a bit pokey (though, I have thin fingers). It's set quite high and sparkles beautifully but the prongs might get caught on something every now and again.

Very very pretty stones, brings out the smaller stones on my other ring and works well as a stand alone ring or a stacker.
If you wear it on your index finger (or anywhere where it's alone on one side) it will spin quite a bit so maybe get 1/4 of a size smaller. I wear mine on my middle finger and there's less spinning.

The shipping was a bit long but it was faster than expected (of course I'm in California and she is in Israel, so...)

Would definitely buy again.
